Android is now one of the most famous and most used mobile operating systems in the world. Most of the smartphone users are there on Android.
Though being the most popular OS, most people don't know about these amazing Android features. Here are some of the interesting facts about your phone which you can try, or can at least impress a friend.
1. Control your smartphone with head movements.
Controlling your phone just by simple head movements would be great, right? Well, now you can do so by downloading a free app called "Eva Facial Mouse" from the play store. This app lets you to fully control your phone just by using your head. Sounds impossible? Give it a try :)
2. Use the dark mode ( Android 10+)
Smart phones' display makes our eyes tired. Using the "Dark Mode" feature can help your eyes relax and can also prevent you from getting certain vision problems. You can also use the "night mode" or "reading mode" option to minimize the effects of blue light in your eyes. To use this feature, Go to 'Settings > Display > Turn on Dark Theme'.
3. Text-to-speech
If you are too lazy to read an article or something else, you can enable the "text-to-speech" option and your phone will then take care of the rest. To use this feature, Go to 'Settings > Accessibility > Select 'Text-to-speech' > Turn it on'.
4. Use Gesture Navigation (Android 10+)
Using those back, home and recent navigation buttons on your 16:9 phone may be boring. If you use Android 10, you can easily turn on "Gesture Navigation" which is a faster, better and an amazing way to navigate in your phone.
5. A Secret Game
You probably don't know about it, but trust me a hidden game is present inside your phone by default. Finding this game may be a little challenging, but yet amazing.
To play this game, Go to 'Settings > About phone/tablet > Tap on 'Android Version' several times and a window displaying your android version will popup > Tap again for a couple of times and there you go!' (This path may not be the same for all Android versions.)
